STRENGTH IN THE SPECTRUM: A Life Journey of Resilience in Autism Parenting

Strength in the Spectrum: A Life Journey of Resilience in Autism Parenting is a self-help adaptation of a dissertation study that explores the lived experiences and resilience of parents raising children on the autism spectrum. Grounded in psychological theory and enriched by personal narrative, the book presents a multidimensional coping framework that integrates acceptance, adjustment, and advocacy as key components of parental resilience. Drawing on qualitative insights and reflective practice, the text uncovers how parents navigate the emotional, behavioral, and systemic challenges associated with autism while discovering strength through meaning-making and connection.
