We will respond to your queries within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Queries received on Saturday and Sunday or legal/special non-working holidays will be replied to the next business day.

2. Flat shipping fees will apply regardless of order volume for orders until further notice.
3. All deliveries are handled by Vibal's logistics fleet. Delivery fees are computed upon check out and must be paid with the order. Please remember to select the correct shipping zone.
4. Depending on stock availability, orders within NCR will be shipped within three to five business days upon payment.
6. Orders within Luzon will ship within five to ten business days upon payment.
7. Orders within Visayas and Mindanao will ship within seven to fifteen business days upon payment. If the stocks are on hand in our Cebu and Davao warehouses, orders within Visayas and Mindanao will ship within three to five business days.

1. When will you process my order?
As soon as we receive payment. Upon receipt of proof of payment we will email you your receipt.
2. When do I know when my order will be delivered?
You will receive a notification once your order is ready for delivery by email from firstname.lastname@example.org and text message.
3. I already ordered and paid for books. But I decided to buy another batch of books. Do I have to pay for another delivery fee?
If your initial order is not en route for delivery, you don't need to pay additional delivery fees for additional orders. Just send an email to email@example.com. If you are paying via bank deposit, fund transfer, Pera Padala, GCash, or PayMaya for your next order and you already paid for your first order, do not include the delivery fee for your next order.
4. Will my order be complete upon delivery?
There will be cases where we will partially serve your order as stocks become available. However, you do not need to pay additional shipping fees in these cases. It is our practice to ship books as they become available.
Cancellation and Refund
1. When can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. Please log in to your Vibal Shop account, click your Orders (if marked Unfulfilled), and cancel.
However, once your orders are marked Fulfilled, they may no longer be canceled.
2. How can I request for a refund?
To initiate the refund process, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your request for refund is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with guidelines on how we can process the refund. The refund process takes up to 10 business days, assuming that we have the complete details needed to process the refund (for example, the bank account number where you would like to refund to be credited).
If you paid through Paypal, our system will automatically credit back the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Please inspect your books upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
